Notes and Legend

In the sheet measures 9-16 are not repeated on the first play through - the
tab and MIDI follow the Norbert Neunzling reference video.
The order of play is measures 1-8, 1-8, 9-16, 9-16, 17-24, 17-24, 1-16.
The tempo of the MIDI is 132 bpm (beats per minute - quarter notes).

left hand fingering (LHF) below the tab -
1 - index finger (forefinger)
2 - middle finger
3 - ring finger (annular)
4 - little finger (pinky)

===   - notes held, length of note, duration
/     - slide up
g     - grace note (ornament) - extra note(s) just before the main note,
        usually played as hammer-ons pull-offs or slides - on a guitar
        it's often easier to play the grace note at the same time as any
        accompanying bass notes, on the beat rather than just before it
