2 - middle finger         i - index finger (forefinger)
3 - ring finger           m - middle finger
4 - little finger         a - ring finger (annular)

pianissimo    pp - (below the tab) very soft

Andante    - a moderately slow tempo
arp.       - arpeggiate
rall.      - rallentando - slowing down
a tempo    - return to the earlier (normal) speed
meno mosso - less motion, with a slower tempo
F.         - Fermata - pause, notes held
Tempo I    - return to the original tempo
rit.       - ritenuto - slowing down, suddenly slower
