Measures 38,39: The D# notes (4th fret B string) after chords follow
                the recordings, there are Bs in the sheet

Measures 37,40,41: The third notes(on G string) in the chords are Bs(4th fret)
                   in the sheet, tab follows the recordings and changes them
                   to Cs (5th fret)to make it G#major chord which is correct
