            is G (not B), which from the fingering used is wrong

measure 12 - in Nuevo Metodo para Guitarra, the top note of the 1st chord is G
             (not G#)

measures 15,16 - in Op 6, the 2nd E on the 4th string in measure 15 is part of
                 the 3rd note, and in measure 16, the last chord contains
                 quarter notes (not eighth notes) -
